Pre pregnancy symptoms

Call me crazy... I’ve had 2 miscarriages last year and lately I’ve had some crazy cravings and feel nauseated after every meal. Has anyone had a miscarriage and noticed pre pregnancy symptoms stronger the next pregnancy? I am in the 2 week limbo and really hoping we are pregnant but at the same time I hope it’s not like this for too long. I have an appointment with the OB in February and it would be a blessing to be pregnant to see an ultrasound after the two devastating miscarriages. Trying for our first child.
