Fertility massage and castor oil packs on clomid cycle?

Hey ladies. I had laparoscopy about a month ago to remove endo and adhesions. My dr is going to let me try 2 rounds of clomid in a month or so and if that doesn’t work then I’m off to an RE. He said I may have blocked tubes, but he was unable to tell for sure. Just want to make the most of these two cycles! Thanks all 😊

Had the laparoscopy to see if I did have endometriosis and what was causing pain. There was a bunch of scar tissue from having my appendix removed 15 years ago. Dr said the dye would go through my tubes but kinda stop at the end so he’s not sure since scar tissue etc.
