Pre-cum?

We have have unprotected sex, sometimes twice a day. Today is my most fertile and we have been having unprotected sex for about a week. Some sperm has reached the entrance of my vagina from finishing on my pubic bone

I was curious as to what the actual odds of pregnancy are? We both want kids more than anything but aren’t actively trying yet. I have experienced heartburn for the past 5 days but surely that is unrelated. I’ve never experienced heartburn before but it may just be coincidental.

Any advice/ opinions would be a huge help! So many websites and forums go back and forth on answers. I guess I just want personal experience!
