Someone help 😣

I went off of my birth control pill and literally no period or anything. I'm on cycle day 50. I've been on and off of bc pill before many times and I've still always been within a few days of my normal period (28-30). This has never happened to me before. I know it's apparently normal for some but it's not normal for me. And my pill I went off of was only one milligram, which is the lowest dose I've ever been on so I don't know why it's affecting me differently. I'm scared. I'm haven't had any PMS symptoms at all. I couldn't be pregnant, but for some reason I considered testing even though that'd be a waste of time because I haven't had actual intercourse since October 2016. You read that right. 2016. What do I do?
