4 days late.... pregnant or no?

So , my bf and I had sex about 5 days before my period was supposed to start .....fast forward to me being 4 days late , sore nipples(not boobs) , overly tired and a few other symptoms I would say is normal if my period was going to start but it hasn't! I took a test and it was negative but now I'm freaking out maybe it was to early to test and it's a false negative .....thoughts?! Also , my other stress about this is im NEVER late ....if anything I'm usually early!
