What does this mean!?

Hi! Hubby and I have been TTC for the last 10 months with no luck, I’ve always had a super light brown sporty period but last month I started spotting bright red 2DPO and it was ONLY one time in the morning when I first get up just a little when I wiped it happened every morning for 5 days then went away, period was a day late and this tine it was so super heavy and it was pretty painful too, this month I am 2DPO and the same thing happened to me this morning, I had the bright red spotting just once, what does this mean!? Have any of you had the same thing go on?
