Help, what is this??

Hi ladies, just a little confused.

I am 30 days late for my period, cycle day 60 now. I am having all symptoms of pregnancy. Yesterday and today I’ve been having really bad cramps, and lower backaches. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped this is what it was. I’m so confused. I had a vvvfl on a test on Saturday, and took a clear-blue Digital test this morning and it said not pregnant. I was told by a nurse to go get a blood test done after my second missed period, which is coming up. Help please!
