Strollers with newborn?

Did you actually use the stroller? Was it worth the extra money? Did you use one that the scar seat attached to?

I use a stroller on every single outing.

The stroller that you can just drop the car seat into is insanely useful. We time our outings so that our little guy is asleep by the time we get to the store or wherever we are going and we don’t have to take him out of the car seat and wake him up. We just take the car seat out, attach it to the stroller and get rolling. We use it basically every day.

Even if you don’t do a lot of walking it comes in handy more than you think. We used it to go to the mall or any other store. We had family picnics we used it for. Use to go in walks in the park. We ended up going to the zoo one day and it came in handy then. I had the one with the car seat attached

No. Where I live we drive everywhere. I have a stroller. My son is almost 13 months old. We’ve used it MAYBE 6 times. And all times I could have rented one. He’s been to the beach and the fair and all kinds of stores and the park and the sunflower maze and the pumpkin patch and the Christmas parade. So it’s not like I don’t take the kid out. Baby wearing is just easier. There’s been maybe two occasions I’ve been thankful I had the stroller and that was because mine has a drink holder and I could put my drink down while I ate my food and breastfed haha

I live in a driving city, but I still got some good use out of my stroller. The car seat attachment did make it easier for the first six months or so. But, we’ve also used just the stroller for outings to the zoo or the museum or aquarium. When she was younger I’d wear her a lot, but sometimes the stroller was better.
Now that I’m pregnant with number two, having the stroller has come in even handier. I put her in it with my iPad when I have an appointment and it’s smooth sailing!

We were given a stroller without any attachment for newborn so I was worried. Hubby said we wouldn’t need it for newborn and to just wait until she’s older to use it. I bought the newborn attachment and am soooo glad. I used it every day and I couldn’t imagine not being able to use it until now (5 months)

For me, my stroller/carseat combo got a lot of use. We live ina big city. Being able to transfer a sleeping baby from car to stroller to house was extremely important.

Yes! I use the graco travel system so we can drop the car seat in and out easily. It's nice to have the stroller so you can bring along all the things baby needs

I didn't start using it till he turned 5 months now we go for walks to put him to sleep. But I hate lugging it around places. I had the baby carrier that I wore the most

We used it all the time.  It was especially nice during flu season to keep her covered and away from the general public.  It was also nice when she was asleep in the car and we had to go into a store, we would just click her into the stroller and not bother her nap.
