Sex - how often?

So I'm wondering how often do couples usually have sex? Probably it depends somewhat on age and other factors. My husband and I are in our 40's and we have sex usually every other day sometimes consecutive days and of course sometimes depending on our schedules we miss a couple of days.

We go about two three times a week sometimes more. Just depends he is in busy season and when teacher day goes crazy I’m not in the mood. Weekend is usually our best friend lol
