Hey everyone I was wondering if there is any tips on ttc. I have 2 children already and was on mirena for a year I believe It screwed me up due to the fact I was fertile as hell. now in the last year I’ve been trying succeeded once but had a miscarriage due to stress at work and lifting heavy patients . What are some things I can do to conceive naturally ?
