Am I still pregnant?

Help! I feel like my breasts are no longer swollen and tender and I've had two dreams of miscarriages and have drove myself crazy looking up what the heart rate should be because at my first ultrasound appointment at 8 weeks 1 day the heartbeat was only 130 beats per minute... please give me some positivity and hope that I am just being a worry wart I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow because my doctor had to cancel the day my ultrasound was scheduled so we are talking and reviewing it tomorrow.
