Train/bus anxiety
I have been experiencing these train and bus anxiety, panic moments for years now, mostly if i have to stand in the middle of the people, especially on a full train. Otherwise I don’t feel that way otherwise like in elevators and other small places. It is due to my history of fainting and causing drama. It happened twice with my mon around who reacted in an extreme way. Actually, I believe the second time I fainted was due to thinking I will faint as she was on the bus with me and we both had to stand so she kept watching me. And so I eventually did fall. I realize I need help for this but I have been able to behaviorally influence myself. Examples are - responding to a long email, reading or just finding a way to lean of a train wall instead stand in the middle. Anyone else experiencing the same?
