I'm not fully in it

I'm in a "relationship". It is essentially a FWB situation, except we hardly have sex and it's mostly securing and texting. He says he loves me and wants to marry me and can't live without me. I used to feel the same but he won't ever do anything. Never takes me out or does anything with me. Won't even give us a name. I've essentially given up, if it works it works, if not, I'm okay with it.
