Do you have to have painful periods?

I'm really starting to think I may have pcos. I have all of the symptoms aside from painful periods. They really are quite tame... is painful periods a requirement for being diagnosed with pcos?

not 100% sure it's a requirement.  But I have pcos and my period are unbearable.   my cramps get so bad I seriously pass out. I would ask your ob for sure but don't be sure that you have it until your doctor says. it's truly a shit disease.
