Hellppp😣

So normally after I ovulate I get this pain on my side, normally when I go pee or #2 I could could feels it, and it's making it hurt to use the bathroom. right now I'm laying down an its just so uncomfortable. it almost feels like a pulled muscle but I know its not.. help me
