first birthday charity donations instead of gifts

my baby is about to be one and I've started planning his party. since he spent some time at the children's hospital as a newborn, we want to take donations for the hospital instead of gifts for the baby. does anybody have any suggestions on how to word this? I think I will just put it on a separate insert from the invite. the hospital has a list of toys and other things they would like donated so I thought about making an Amazon wish list to make it easier for people to purchase off of. thanks for your help!!
