Back pain?

Lauren • Just welcomed our sweet little girl into the world on March 22nd! I am the proud mother of 2 little boys, 6 and 3. My husband and I have been married almost a year but have known each other for close to 21 years!

I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow. In previous pregnancies, I've always had a TON of back labor. As of yesterday, I've been good! 2 small contractions at the hospital Saturday night (sinus infection) but the L&D; nurse wasn't concerned. Well today, if I lay down or sit down or randomly move, I get a sharp pain in my lower back. it's not consistent pain so most likely baby girl hitting a nerve. Does this sound plausible?
