Body so outta whack thanks to chemical

I so dreaded this when ttc, I really hoped nothing like this would happen to me but it did. I had a chemical pregnancy. I had it a month ago Christmas Day. I did not ovulate this month and now I’m 4 days late with no signs of af showing. Im not pregnant I took a test. This is so depressing. I just got my periods regulated and thanks to this chemical I’m out of whack again. Ttc for over a year now. I’m depressed and just thinking about giving up.
