advice on what to do?

sorry its long. its 2 different things that are about the same thing.

this morning at 8am I took my kids to the dr. I took them in because my son has had a cold the past couple days and I worried because a 10 year old girl died in the town over from me cuz of the flu. and I took my daughter in because she needed her shots. well while I was there, in the room next to mine, there was a boy, probably between 10-13, getting a shot. the boy was very upset about needing to get a shot and was kinda freaking out. I could hear him yelling clear as day and the Dr was in the room with me still and she looked at me and said "today is going to be a fun day for me" and was laughing about the upset child. as I was waiting for my daughter to get her shots I could hear everything going on in the room. the boy was really upset about needing a shot and was begging to wait a minute. his mom and the nurses were all screaming at him to take his coat off or they were going to "put it in your fucking leg" the kid was super upset and crying and screaming and the nurse called in more nurses and they went into the room to hold him down. I could hear something hitting the table kids sit on, I'm assuming it was from the nurses pinning him down. he was thrashing around, I could hear him hitting the wall and trash can, and then his mom screamed not to kick a nurse and I heard a loud skin hitting skin sound and he started screaming again calling the nurses "fucking bitches" and then I heard more screaming of "take your coat off or its going in your fucking leg" his all went on for a good 15 minutes then he just started crying and then it was silent. the nurse then came into the room I was in with my daughter and gave her the oral vaccine and asked another nurse for help with the 3 shots. one nurse dropped the surnge on the floor and still gave it to my daughter, the needle wasn't exposed or I wouldnt have let her give it to my daughter, and the other nurse was hovering the needle so close to my daughters leg it poked her 3 times before she even got the poke for the vaccine. my daughter then bleed for a couple hours and all 3 bandaids were full of blood when I took them off. my daughter also now has a huge bruise on her leg where she was poked multiple times before she actually got the vaccine. I dont know what to do about any of this because it all made me very uncomfortable. I do plan on changing my kids' Dr asap and didnt reschedule any appointments with this Dr. I just don't know if I should file a report or something about everything that happened. this all happened between 8:15am and 9:15am. its not Yom and I still feel very uncomfortable about everything that happened.
