HELP PERIOD
I’m doubled over. I have been shitting for the last 2 hours. Every time I get up from shitting I feel like I have to throw up. I’m in so much pain I’m physically crying I have no idea what’s going on or how to deal with this. This is day 2 of my period. This has never happened to me
