piercing help, idk what to do

hey guys so I've had my snug pierced for almost a year now. Last week i switched it to a hoop i originally had for my tragus but never ended up using. Well the hoop kept getting caught on my hair and everything else and started to hurt and i figured it was just from it being irritated from getting pulled. I took the hoop out like 2 hours ago and tried to put in my jewelry i got pierced with. I could get it in one side but couldn't get it all the way through, because it hurt and started to bleed. I let it breath for a while and now it's all red and swollen, my ear hurts even with no jewelry in it. I was wondering what i should do? I will insert pics of both my ears so you can see what it looks like. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
