new pregnancy?

hi all, so i started mc 7th jan, bloods were 130, hcg didnt drop, have been for 2 scans, no sign of pregnancy, bloods a week later on 15th jan had risen to 710, 2nd bleed on 20th, scan 22nd, nothing again, frer yesterday, super strong positive, control line barely visible, could i be pregnant again this soon or would it still be hcg in my system? i really dont want to go for more blood tests!!
