Baby foot question?

I noticed while my son was taking a nap, (he’s 8wks old), one of his feet had a “tight” feeling. Similar to when I had swelling in my feet during pregnancy..that puffy, “stuffed” feeling. I have his 2 month check up on Friday and will bring it up then, but just wanted to see if other mamas have noticed this? I set him down in his bouncer (I had been holding him) and it seemed to lessen a bit. I am wondering if his circulation got cut off or something? It was not discolored or anything (same color as the rest of his skin).
