Vaginal tear

Back in July my boyfriend and I bought a new brand of condoms, and they were pretty horrible. They became dry very fast, and I believe I may have had an allergic reaction to them. The night that we used them, it tore the spot right above the opening of my vagina. It was just a small tear, and only bled a little bit, but it was there, and it won’t go away! I’m on birth control which I know causes dryness, so I feel like maybe we just keep tearing it back open? I’m reading everywhere online and seeing things about STI’s, and it’s very unsettling :( I’ve been tested and my partner and I have been faithfully together for almost two years, so it shouldn’t be that. We have only waited about a maximum of two weeks between intercourse. The tear only opens during, and only hurts during and just a little bit after. I never experienced itching/burning or anything of that nature. Has anyone else experienced this, and if you have, how did you fix it??? I’m desperate
