Bloating

I have the worst extreme bloating atm, I look around 6mth pregnant, my uncle came over today who I haven’t seen in 2 mths and he did nothing but look at my belly and I could see him thinking. I have 7 days until my period is due, normally I have a small amount of bloating the day before and the first 2 days of my period but nothing like this. It’s more like I have eaten a big meal over major bloating

I am Ttc Has anyone ever had extreme bloating and how did you deal with it, it’s summer here and I want to wear dresses but they all make it look worse 😔
