Are these good prenatal gummies to take while pregnant or should I switch to the pills??

I have family members and friends who have recommended these to everyone, because sometimes pills can be hard to swallow when you are nauseous. I took them for each of my pregnancies (currently on 3) and never had any issues with them. My doctor always asks which prenatal I’m taking and none of my doctors have ever raised concern with these. I actually bought a bottle for my SIL because she hates taking pills. These are the only way she could get her prenatals down. 
I recommend them to anyone who can’t stomach pills. Plus, they taste alright.

yup! I love them. only problem- no iron so if you have low iron you want to take another prenatal, add more iron to your diet, or add an iron supplement
