Water breaking/leaking?

I woke up in the middle of the night and my underwear was soaked and it was on my legs it didn’t get on the bed so I thought maybe it was sweat or maybe I peed on myself (joys of being pregnant). I’m 38 weeks and a week ago I was 3cm and 50% thinned. I changed underwear and put a pad on and I have a little bit of leaking slowly. It’s been 3 hours and I’m not having any contractions just some slight cramping. Could it have been my water breaking?

My water broke and I didn't feel contractions at all I waited 3 hours to go in. when I did go in i was only 2cm dilated... I was giving oxytocin to bring on my contractions...  after I was given oxytocin I still didn't hit active labour til 6 hours after I was given oxytocin. had him 17 hours after my water broke. id  go in now to get checked out cuz if your water broke your baby is at risk of infections... I wasn't allowed to get up often to pee while in labour because of it.

My first kid my water broke (it was obvious) and I had no contractions for about 5 hours I went in and spent like 18 hours at hospital before I had her. 
My second kid my water broke (it was obvious) and I had no contractions for about 3 hours and I didn't go into the hospital till they were 2-4 min apart. Spent 3 hours at hospital before I had her. 
Hoping this one goes about the same but faster. When my water broke with both I woke up with a weird urge to pee and then I felt a pop and a gush. I was not even a fingertip dilated with my first and 50% effaced and I wasn't checked until active labor with my second so I don't know how far I was when my water broke.

If it happen that long ago u should have called your doctor better safe than sorry not everyone has contractions right away after their water brakes but the longer you wait the more risk of getting a infection after your water brakes.
