Idk what to do

5 months ago I finally had the courage to walk away from an abusive relationship and ended up in a relationship with my best friend. Everything started out really great but now things have changed. He doesn’t trust me and says he has to have my social media passwords and block any guys on them including my childhood friends who are like family to me but gets pissy when I bring up the fact he follows random girls (30+ at a time). Yesterday was our 5 months and hardly said much to me all day. He’s been really distant since Saturday and I don’t understand why and when I ask about it he says nothing is wrong. I feel like i don’t even have a boyfriend anymore and it sucks. Does anyone have any advice for me?
