After a recent breakup do you dream about your ex?

It’s been almost a month since my ex and I broke up after 3 years. And I have had so many dreams about him. Some were good, bad and some that just made me extremely sad. 💔

supposedly by internet, people dream of their ex lovers because there minds where not prepared for the break up, but by dreaming it they dream of things that the person would have liked to live or say to that person. it is like an unconcios trying to help you move on.... I had a fiansay but my family tore us apart but we tried staying together to matter what so we would video chat, send messages ect. but later on he eventually cheated on me and left me for the other girl... I couldn't stop him so I let him be happy and all I did was dream about him 4 months later I saw him and he broke up with the girl because he said he still loved me but when I knew it I had told him everything I felt that had once been said in my dreams and left. he is still fighting for my love but I'm just not sure of loving what he did....  him back
