spotting light pink after bd.... help!!!

after my bf and I did the deed last night when I wiped there was light pink spotting on the tissue. I put a pad on to be safe thinking AF might be coming early but this morning i woke up and nothing was on the pad or my finger when I did a check. my cervix however is very high up I can't even touch it. and my vaginal walls almost feel swollen. the only other time I bled during sex was when I was pregnant (I miscarried 1/5 at 7 weeks). could it have been implantation?
