Baby clothing size?

At what age did your baby grow out of 0-3 month clothing?

Edit: my baby will be 4 months old on the 5th and today she was still able to wear a newborn outfit. Newborn diapers still fit her and everything. I don’t know if she’s just going to grow up being tiny or what but she’s very long.

She was due October 1st and was born October 5th. She weighed 7 pounds at birth and she now weighs 12 pounds.
