I Need Help

Up until this last cycle I've had normal cycles. Typically 28-30 day cycles and AF is normally a mild flow and I get really bad cramps. Sometimes when I ovulate I spot and typically experience cramps. Well my last cycle was 37 days, AF was light for 5 days mostly just pink and brown spotting and no symptoms, not even cramps. 4 days after that ended I started spotting again with pink and brown discharge and still no cramps or symptoms. And this has been going on for 4 days including today. I have never experienced this before and I don't wanna go to a doctor just for them to tell me something simple and not a big deal that someone could've told me on here. Any ideas?
