Ovulating/ getting pregnant after a D&C

So unfortunately December 6th my baby went to heaven when I was 3 months with him/her and the following week I had a D&C; because I couldn’t handle naturally letting baby pass. My heart just snapped into two.😔💔 I started taking tests to see when I would/if ovulate 2 weeks after the D&C; and it tested “high” for 10 days?? Fast forward to this month, I’ve been taking OPKs everyday after AF came and I kept getting negative (low) and now a week after I would normally ovulate I FINALLY got a “high”. Is this accurate? Am I really about to ovulate? And how soon after any of you miscarried did you try/get pregnant?
