scared for my baby! UPDATE! in comments

I'm 25 weeks and 3 days with a baby girl. I had some bleeding on Friday but called my office and was told it's probably nothing. they were three small blood clots. I had an ultrasound today and the tech said she thought something looked weird and she didn't know what it was, that it could be a tear in my placenta and maybe that's why I had bleeding, so she wanted to do a transvaginal ultrasound. She did that and said my cervical length is good. She also said nothing about my placenta, and said it is very important that I keep my appointment tomorrow. I'm so afraid that my placenta is torn or detached!
