Excitement short lived...hcg levels not doubling

Found out last week that I was pregnant finally after a year since my ectopic pregnancy. The doctor wanted to do hcg levels right away and they aren’t doubling. First level was 70, then 112 and 136 :( Anyone have slow rising hcg but still have a successful pregnancy? I need some hope.
