28 weeks. Is this my mucus plug?

I have a prenatal doctor appt tomorrow, but believe I just lost my mucus plug. I was having normal discharge all day, but it had a tiny of brown to it. Got home from work and this happened. I’m having very mild lower back pain. Should I go in or wait till things get worse since I have an appt tomorrow anyway.

Yes it is your mucus plug but they can keep regrowing like the girl above me said call your nurse or doctor and let them know because there's a tad bit of blood you could be going into preterm labor: more then likely they will want you to go get check ed out just in case.

You should at least call your nurses hotline or labor and delivery, mucus plugs can regenerate the blood would make me more nervous combined

I would go in because of spotting. They can do a test to see if you will go into labour in the next week ! I had this happen to me and baby is still inside :)

I went to a pregnancy class the other day and the midwife said it’s really common to have a bit of fresh blood in your mucus plug.
