Purple lump on labia

I'm 18 weeks pregnant. For the past few days, I've noticed a small pea-sized lump on my labia. It's hard, painful, and purple in color. Any idea what it is? I plan to ask my doctor at my next appointment, but just wondering if any of you guys have had this?
