Boobs burning?

I am 18 weeks pregnant. At least 5-6 times per day(maybe more) my boobs feel like they are on fire and the nipple turns half purple. Only way to ease it is to hold/squeeze them. It has been going on for several weeks now. I know at the beginning your boobs are sore..but this is different. Anyone else had this problem?

Do you notice it more when you’re cold? I was diagnosed with Raynaud’s phenomenon shortly after having my daughter. & this sounds exactly like what was going on with me. Generally, cold brings on the pain and heat is suppose to relieve it. For me, mine was crippling, I’d cry in pain for hours. I was one of the unlucky few. It didn’t matter if I was cold or hot, it still happened. & heat never made the pain fully go away. I had to be put on nifedipine to control it, unfortunately I don’t think that’s an option during pregnancy. This may be a reach, but it’s worth looking into!
