Illness

My 3 month old just today started spitting up most of her feedings and has very runny, liquidy greenish diahrea, no fever but a little more pale than usual. I've tried to look on different sites as to when to call the doctor, should I be worried, is this something that is going around, like one of the flus...? Seeing as it's almost her bed time, I won't be calling any doctors tonight, but I am definitely open to suggestions and comments from anyone that has experienced this, or that just knows more than I do about this.
