Is this implantation bleeding or period?

Okay so. I feel like I’m pregnant. I’m on birth control but I have slipped up and taken it late and we dont use condoms. My boobs have gotten bigger, I’ve been nauseous, everyone keeps asking me if I’m pregnant. I was supposed to get my period Tuesday January 30, I normally get it during the night/early morning. It’s always on time like that. I got it in the afternoon. I don’t feel like its My

normal period blood. What do you think?
