Definitely pregnant but no other signs

I had blood work done and am definitely pregnant, about 5 weeks 2 days. I have next to no signs. No morning sickness, no sore breasts, etc. I am peeing more frequently (or maybe it just seems that way?!) I’ve had NO spotting, but have had cramps on and off for a week or two very low like menstrual cramps, but much more intense. What do you ladies think??
