Freaking out

I’m freaking out , I’m 4wks and 6 days 🙏🏼👣.. it’s my first , I’ve been having cramps and my dr says it’s normal , but today I had sex with my fiancé when we stopped I glanced at him and he had blood on him , I went to rr I wiped and yes I got so scared I had blood not much but it was there, enough for my fiancé to get some on him .. it was like the blood you get at the end of your period , I started crying 😭, I’m just so scared , has this happened to anyone here ?
