Processed sugar is highly addictive and terrible for your body. Phase out sugary junk food overtime not over night or you’ll crave until your cave. 
Drink 3-5L of water every day. Eat a balanced whole food diet. Start by walking for 15-30 minutes each day and slowly increase your walk lengths then transition into jogging.

Meal peeps and exercise  I dropped so much weight when I controlled my food by eating healthy and portion control. On top of light exercise (all I did was yoga) I started loosing weight pretty fast.
