Endometriosis

Anyone with endo? In need of some advice on pain and bloating. Had a lap done in August pain stopped for about a month or two and now back in pain where I’m throwing up. Today just has felt awful had a 4 hour shift constantly on my feet no down time and felt like my back had been beaten and my legs felt swollen and stomach was bloated and just throbbing. Honestly don’t know what to do at this point. Heat doesn’t help, tramadol doesnt help. Honestly at a dead end here.
