Morning sickness starting or stomach bug??
I’m 9w2d and haven’t had any nausea til today. I ate my usual sandwich for lunch and immediately after felt uncomfortably full. The feelings lasted the rest of the day/night with added nausea which was horrible. I also had extreme diarrhea a few times. Is diarrhea a normal part of morning sickness? Or is this something else?
