Urgent!!!! Help!!!!!

I need some advise but first I'll give some background information as I think it's important.

My husband and I don't use any contraception and have been trying for a baby for 2 and a half years now - although I've been using the glow app for only just over a year.

I don't have any other children, my husband does but his only child is now a teenager.

So, in March 2017 it was thought that I had Endometriosis and an Ovarian Cyst, so in June 2017 I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. No endometriosis was found! and the cyst had gone but they did take out a small polyp.

So that went well - then, much to my doctors disgust, AFTER my surgery an incompetent training doctor at the hospital decided to give me Prostrap... 'to slow down endometriosis and the sharp pains' WE JUST FOUND OUT I DONT HAVE IT!! duh! So this stopped my period until I had a normal period again in December 2017.

Right, now where on a roll...

December 2017 period was normal for me, 12th - 16th (5 Days - normally six though but this one was slightly heavier than normal) Perhaps making up for the lost periods?

Anyway!... My period this month (JAN 2018) was 9th - 11th (3 days) unusual for me, but again I thought the excuse was the injection leaving my body.

Now, I just want to walk through whats happened this month:

CD 1 - 3 : AF

CD 5 : INTERCOURSE

CD 6 : INTERCOURSE

CD 8 - 12 : Sharp throbbing pains in lower side, felt like ovary.

(CD 10 : Bach ache, cramps, bloating, dizziness, Pelvic Pain, Vaginal pain. I took a pregnancy test as I thought maybe the AF was implantation not AF - Negative)

CD 18 : Bloating, Constipation, Diarrhea

CD 19 : Bloating, Constipation, Diarrhea, Headache, Fatigue, Heartburn for half an hour every few hours.

CD 20 : Bloating, Constipation, Diarrhea, Headache, Appetite, Cramps, Dizziness, Heartburn for half an hour every few hours. Mood all over the place.

CD 21 : Bloating, Constipation, Diarrhea, Headache, Appetite, Cramps, Dizziness, Migrane, THE MOTHER OF ALL HEARTBURN FOR OVER AN HOUR! (worse when I stood up) Came with nausea.

CD 22 : Bloating, Constipation, Diarrhea, Headache, Cramps, Dizziness, Indigestion,, Pelvic Pain, Migrane, Thirsty, Sore Breasts. THE MOTHER OF ALL HEARTBURN FOR OVER AN HOUR! AGAIN! (worse when I stood up) Came with some nausea. (pregnancy test - CLEAR BLUE DIGITAL - NEGATIVE)

CD 23 : Insomnia, Constipation, Cramps, Dizziness, Diarrhea (getting better though), Thirsty, Sore Breasts. THE MOTHER OF ALL HEARTBURN FOR OVER AN HOUR! AGAIN AGAIN

CD 24 : (Today) (pregnancy test THIS MORNING - CLEARABLE DIGITAL - NEGATIVE) It's still early morning. I've had a little heartburn already, stool is better - still slightly constipated. Don't feel like eating.

I read on another forum, a lady who had exactly the same AF and CD dates as me and she was still getting BFN up until CD 28/29 when she got her BFP.

Now, this is where my dilemma lies - My period 'should' start on 6th February (according to glow app

HOWEVER!! I'm booked to have quite aggressive cosmetic surgery on the 13th February!!!

So, this is what i'm going to do - keep logging my symptoms and today i'll book in for a HCG Blood test to be done after my period is supposed to start (you never know AF might show up!) So it should be here on the 6th Feb - book in for bloods of 7th or 8th? what do you think?

I would just like to also say, I've been following the glow app for all this time, I've never fell pregnant. I've always done it how it told me to, and the slightest little twinge I was like IM PREGNANT!!! no I wasn't. This time, I didn't have sex when glow told me to, I had sex 6-9 days BEFORE it wanted me to. Could this be the reason I haven't been conceiving? Did I do it at the right time for me this time? I know a few people scrapped their app's as it wasn't working for them.

Who knows.... All I know is - whenever I thought I was pregnant before it was nowhere near as bad as this!! (symptoms/ pain) it was always the tiniest twinge. I feel like this time it's different. I need to know before my surgery so I can cancel it.

Any advise? Do you think taking the HCG test after period is due is best?
