Baby Resgistry for FTM

So I have severe anxiety about asking anyone for anything so this whole thing gets to me. So I finally made a Target registry and I dont yet know the baby's gender. So I stuck with black, white and grey items. I also do not know what all to register for. I am a bit anxious I maybe forgot things, did it wrong or asked for too much. How do you know when you did the right thing with it or if you put the wrong items on the registry? I know this probably sounds stupid but I have never done this before and none of my friends seem to want to answer me directly, they always just say that people will buy what they think the baby could use. Idk what I am doing.
