12 weeks today (trigger warning)
I am 12 weeks today. Went into the er for spotting that turned into bleeding. Got an ultrasound and found no heartbeat and a baby measuring about 8 weeks. I’m at a loss for words. I was so happy to make my son a big brother. And now I can’t catch my breath. Will be following up with my midwife tomorrow. Threatened miscarriage is what my discharge paperwork says. Keep us in your prayers. 💔💔
