FF Chart help! 8 DPO :)
Hey ladies!
So for the past three days I’ve had lower back pain...7DPO was bad enough that it hurt to bend down/ sit on the toilet....today it milder. No other symptoms.
Has anyone had a temp spike around 8 DPO and end up with a BFP?
Note: My current chart is about a degree higher on every temp compared to last cycle, but I don’t know if that means anything.
