So my periods have always been irregular and usually heavy. Well after two months I got one again and its soo heavy. And omg the cramps, NOTHING make them go away. Hot baths and rice packs help but they don't go away. My usual painkillers do nothing. Last night I put in a super tampon, an actual pad, not liner and went to bed. I had woke up multiple times and bled through onto the sheets. We're talking super tampon, super pad, panties, nightgown, and a fuzzy blanket. I changed three times.

Then I'm like okay hot bath with essential oils, water usually slows this monster down. BUT NO. I'm sitting here looking like something out of a horror film. As I'm rinsing off it just... words cannot describe what happened. So many large clots...

I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow but what do I do until tomorrow!
